Our Policies

APPOINTMENTS

• Appointments may be scheduled in person or over the phone during regular business hours.
• We kindly request that you arrive 20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to update pertinent   information and prepare for treatment.
• We make every effort to accommodate requests for specific times and dates. However, we suggest that   you book appointments for special days and occasions well in advance.
• All spa packages and treatments must be reserved with a credit card.
• All appointments are confirmed by telephone 48 hours in advance. If you do not hear from us, please call   to confirm your appointment.

CANCELLATIONS

• A 24-hour notice is required to cancel all service appointments.
• A 48-hour notice is required to cancel spa packages.
• Services cancelled with less than a 24-hour notice are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
• Spa packages cancelled with less than a 48-hour notice are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

• We accept cash and credit cards.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

• Unopened products may be exchanged or returned within 7 days.
• Opened or used products are final sales, can not be returned or exchanged.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

• At your request, we will mail gift certificates prepaid with a credit card directly to the recipient, please   allow five business days for delivery.
• Fresh Water Day Spa gift certificates are perfect for any occasion and are valid one year from purchase   date.

COMFORT CONSIDERATIONS

• To ensure a relaxing experience for all of our guests, please refrain from using your cell phone in the   salon.
• For safety reasons, all children visiting the salon must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.   Children are not allowed in the treatment rooms.
• The salon provides robes, slippers and towels for your comfort and convenience.
